Use on the 8x10 bed camera; mounts onto Arca-Swiss Head. I appreciate the size as it needs support a BIG CAMERA with WEIGHT!

I have the oben GH800 and the supplied plate ...
I have the oben GH800 and the supplied plate won't stay tight. Will this work with my canon 100-400 foot ? I'm not sure what the 2 screws are for. Does one go to the camera and the other to the foot of the Lens?
This arca plate would be too long for the Canon 100-400 4.5-5.6 IS II lens. For that lens I recommend this Wimberely P10 plate. It has a lip in the front of the plate that will hold the lens from twisting in the plate.
