Unfortunately no, that lens is too long for this case. It is only guaranteed to fit the Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II & 12-40mm.

The MegaGear Ultralight Neoprene Camera Case for Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II (Black) is designed for the Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II, but the OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-100mm f/4 IS PRO Lens is larger than the 12-40mm lens it's designed to accommodate, so it would not work.
