Good display, Terrible at waking up

I've had this monitor for several years now and the one thing I hate is its ability to wake up. I have have to constantly unplug the power supply and replug in to get it back online.... When it's working its great, it's my multi purpose display for gaming and general work. It's time for this one monitor to go......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 32 inches of 4K does a nice job of allowing many windows to be open at the same time. 2 hdmi inputs that can be displayed side by side is nice. I was pleasantly surprised to see the audio jack.

How do I remove the default stand from the monitor?

All that you would need is a flat surface, place the monitor down and simply remove the bottom stand. It is not secured by screws only a interlocking system. So simply slide and pull.

Would this be good to use in a studio with lots of lights to view camera feed? I am currently using a 32" HD TV and it's difficult to view the feed because of the lights. Would this monitor do better or would I be better off with the Samsung 32" 4k TV model Q50R QLED?

There are certainly brighter monitors. You might want one with 400 cd/m2 brightness or higher.

This monitor has an HDMI 1.4 Input and an HDMI 2.0 Input. Those are both capable of displaying 4K content to some extent.
