The 40mm-long Alpine Astronomical Baader M68 Extension Tube is part of their Tele-Compendium astrophotography system. Using this tube by itself, or stacked with other sizes of extension tubes, enables you to set the focal length and achieve the best results with your imaging rig—whether you're using it for classic eyepiece projection or with their Fluoride Flatfield Convertor. The inside of the tube is blackened so stray light is blocked, helping to maintain maximum contrast.
