FotodioX TLTROKR-M645-FXRF Reviews

Very good, But ...

I special ordered the unit from B&H, but the unit would not lock onto the camera body. I returned it and B&H replaced it with a new one. However, It had the same problem. I contacted FotodioX to find out if there was a manufacturing problem. FotodioX responded within the hour saying that they had not seen this problem before and said they would check it out. The next morning I was contacted by the service manager at FotodioX saying that they had tested several units and found that the hole for the camera body locking pin was slightly too small. He drilled it out and sent me the new working unit. I returned the defective unit directly to FotodioX. B&H replaced the special ordered unit and I have been satisfied with their service for the last 35 years. A truly professional organization. In this particular case, the manufacturer, FotodioX, immediately responded with the working unit and it has been working fine.
