Panasonic AW-UE150 Overview

By B&H Photo's
Versatile UHD 4K Imaging
Bring UHD 4K quality video to your production with the black Panasonic AW-UE150K UHD 4K 20x PTZ Camera from Panasonic. This pro PTZ camera outputs up to UHD 4K 60p over a variety of 4K connections including 12G-SDI, HDMI, optical fiber, NDI|HX2, and IP streaming. It features a large 1" type MOS sensor, a 20x optical zoom with a wide 75.1° angle-of-view, and PoE++ compatibility.
NDI Firmware Upgrade
  • Access NDI|HX2 capability via a free firmware upgrade available through the Vizrt NDI page.
  • Use the NDI protocol to provide flexible video transmission over your IP network.
  • Please note that AW-UE150 cameras shipped after April 2025 will have built-in NDI capabilities.
HD Multicamera Look from 4K Imagery
With the v2.28 firmware upgrade, the AW-UE150K offers V-Log output, a UHD crop function in 720p, a preset on/off iris function, and more. Camera features include an HDR mode with BT.2020 color gamut support, optical image stabilization (OIS), a fast 180° pan/tilt speed in high-speed mode, and an infrared Night Mode to capture wildlife or other low-light situations in monochrome HD video. A cropping function enables you to create a multicamera look by selecting up to three angles from a single 4K image.
Pro PTZ Features
The AW-UE150K camera supports embedded audio and external audio via a stereo 3.5mm input. Its redesigned web interface is compatible with PCs, Macs, tablets, and both Android and iOS smartphones. Additional features include an adjustable tally light, 1/4, 1/16, and 1/64 ND filters, and live streaming via RTMP.
PoE++ Compatible

Ned to know the focal length, it says "Focal Length 8.8 to 176mm" and also says "35mm Equivalent Focal Length 24.5 to 490mm" so if I need to consider the true focal length for this cam which one should I go with?
Asked by: Channel
The physical focal length of the lens is 8.8 to 176mm. However this camera has a 1" sensor which gives the lens an equivalent focal length of 24.5 to 490mm, which would tend to be the measurement people go by.

Yes we sell Fiber Optical Modules. Panasonic does not make one themselves at this time but it is compatible with any SFP+ Fiber Optic Module. An example of one is the Ubiquiti Networks UF-MM-10G SFP+ Multi-Mode Fiber Module (2-Pack) BH #UBUFMM10G • MFR #UF-MM-10G
