Still waiting for the 78 cartridge and needle but plays LPs just fine.

This is the best turntable for a novice like me who wanted something close to what a DJ would use. I think you could actually DJ with it. Audio-Technica just doesn't want to advertise it as such. Very solid build quality.

Would I be able to use this overseas if I replace the AC adapter with one for 220 volts?
Yes, the Audio-Technica AT-LP120XUSB Stereo Turntable with USB can be used overseas and operated at 220V. The turntable uses an external 12V DC universal power supply for 100 to 240V at 50/60 Hz, so you just need an adapter to connect to the outlet.

Do I need a tuner and or amplifier for this turntable to work?
There's no need for a tuner, this turntable has a USB connection to go directly into your computer. This turntable also does not need a phono preamp the only reason to get a amplifier is if you are sending the audio from here into passive speakers, if the speakers are already powered there's no need for a amplifier.

I've just bought a Sony CMT-SBT100 Micro Music System with Bluetooth & NFC and I'd like to know if it works well with it ,and maybe tips on how can I have the best experience in using both together. I need a little help on that. Thanks
To set the system up. You want to take the cable that comes with the speakers and plug the 3.5mm connectors into the back of each speaker. Then locate the phono pre amp. Make sure you switch it from phono to line out. Plug the RCA connectors at the other end of the speaker cable into line out of the phono pre amp. Then power it up and you should be enjoying your records. Also there is a USB connector that can be plugged into your computer USB port and you can transfer your vinyl into your computer.
