This works well on a medium duty light stand with a heavy light and to hold an umbrella or an arm with a large gobo, flag, or gel. I especially like the large handles on the Kupo equipment.

This is a must have items if you are looking to add a flag or diffusion in addition to your light. Also useful to add to a grip arm to get your light into tight locations

On the Kupo Grip Head with Fixed Baby Pin, the T-handle cannot be swapped with the knob.
