Designed for virtual reality and optimized for Autodesk's VRED, Revit, Auto CAD, and Maya 3D, as well as the Unreal Engine, and Unity, the DemonVR Mini Workstation from Silverdraft is a base model for budget-conscious designers that has a rugged, small form factor, plus components that deliver performance. The system is powered by a liquid-cooled 3.6 GHz Intel Core i9-9900KF processor armed with eight cores and 16MB of L3 cache. This processor, cores, and cache will allow you to run multiple applications simultaneously and provide significant performance gains when running multi-threaded tasks. If you need more power, the CPU can deliver extra performance by increasing the clock speed up to 5 GHz utilizing Intel's Turbo Boost technology.
The 32GB of 3600 MHz DDR4 RAM allows the computer to run multiple applications simultaneously and also to quickly access frequently used files and programs. For storage of your files, a 500GB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD allows quick access to your data. The DemonVR Mini's internal storage can also be expanded using one additional M.2 slot and three 2.5" SATA drive bays.
The liquid-cooled NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti graphics card features 11GB of GDDR6 RAM and delivers a sharp, clear picture while allowing multiple simultaneous displays to be used at resolutions up to 7680 x 4320 via its three DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.0b outputs. Connect compatible wired peripherals to your DemonVR Mini using one USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C port, five USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports. Network connectivity is achieved using dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, or take advantage of Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) for wireless access. Compatible wireless peripherals can be paired using Bluetooth 4.2 technology and the integrated S/PDIF output allows for 7.1-channel HD audio.
Silverdraft's DemonVR Mini Workstation includes a keyboard, mouse, and power cord. The installed operating system is Windows 10 Pro (64-bit).
