Providing power independent of an AC outlet, the Gold Mount Helix Battery Plate with Light Stand Clamp for ARRI SkyPanel S30 and S60 from Core SWX is designed to be used with a Helix battery pack. The 11-34V plate has a 24" 3-pin XLR output and a clamp that allows it to be mounted to a light stand.

I just bought some Helix batteries and this plate, mainly for powering LED lights. The Kino LED's take 3-pin XLR DC power, and I tried this out with a Freestyle T44. It worked great! I got just under one hour of power at full intensity, which for the size of the light and battery is pretty good. The only reason my review is not 5 stars is that the thumbscrew for the stand feels somewhat cheap and plastic-y. I would prefer a better mount for the stand, however this one does work. The important thing is the plate is solid, so I might modify the mount down the road. Just wish that part was better designed.
