At this time I do not see any hoods that will work with out giving some vignette. And Hasselblad has not as of today given information of making one.

What's the difference between this cheap lens and the more expensive 45mm f4?

Generally smaller (62mm thread vs 67mm), lighter (11.2 VS 14.7 OZ), focuses just a tad closer (1.15 vs 1.3 feet) and is about a half stop slower (F:4 VS F:3.5)
