Great webcam arm for Video meetings using my iphone as the camera and mic

I have to close my laptop to use two monitors, which takes away the camera and laptop mic function. So I started pairing my iphone with my laptop and using the phone’s camera and mic. The camera is amazing, much better quality than my laptop camera. But It was always looking up at me from below the monitors. It felt weird. So I bought this webcamarm. It has magsafe on it to hold the phone. I can elevate the phone to a better position. Only downside was having to pay the tariff for delivery. Didn’t see that coming.

How does this mount to the base? I'd like to know ...

How does this mount to the base? I'd like to know if I could mount this to a light stand so details on screw size would be helpful (I have thread adapters)

The Technical Pro WebCamArm 2 Camera Arm (20.9") BH #TEWEBCAMARM2 mounts to the base without any screws, it just slips into it.

How easy is this to move into place for a video ...

How easy is this to move into place for a video call and then out of the way? Is it good for that use case, or more of a "position once and leave it" kind of thing?

It takes only a few minutes to put together, if you leave the base mounted, taking the arm off would be easy to store away when not in a video call.
