Wooden Camera's fx3/fx30 top plate has two 1/4 20 screw holes that appear to be for this PL adapter. Is this the case? Or is there another adapter/adapter for this fx3/30 purpose?
No, the Wooden Camera PL-Mount To E-Mount Pro Lens Mount Adapter for Sony FX6 does not line up with the screw holes on the Wooden Camera Cheese-Style Top Plate for Sony FX3/FX30.

Does this PL adaptor accept mounting support from underneath? Or is the only method of support by using the Wooden Camera Top Plate for FX6?
The Wooden Camera PL-Mount To E-Mount Pro Lens Mount Adapter for Sony FX6's only included lens support is the Ring Collar Support, which mounts directly to the Wooden Camera Top Plate for FX6. If you do not have the Wooden Camera Top Plate for FX6 you would have to support the lens via an alternative lens support system.
