AIDA Imaging CCU-IP Overview

The VISCA Serial & IP PTZ Camera Controller from AIDA Imaging offers joystick and button control for up to seven AIDA Imaging PTZ cameras with support for VISCA and VISCA-over-IP protocols over IP and serial RS-232 and RS-422 communication. It enables you to control the speed of your pan, tilt, zoom, and lock moves and incorporates an LCD screen.

The controller also offers presets including gain, iris, focus, red and blue gain, and speed control settings to control the finer settings on the PTZ camera. The unit comes with a 12 VDC power supply, and it can also be powered using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE).

You will need a network switch to be the link that brings the controller and camera together, when using the AIDA Imaging VISCA Serial & IP PTZ Camera Controller.

How do you save more than nine presets for a single camera? I can see how to save them, but I can't call anything over 9.

The AIDA Imaging VISCA Serial & IP PTZ Camera Controller can support up to 10 presets per camera. Keys one through nine will recall their corresponding preset, and key zero will recall the tenth preset.

The AIDA Imaging VISCA Serial & IP PTZ Camera Controller should support the SRG-X400 camera since it supports Visca over IP. However, we recommend Sony's RM-IP10 controller as the best compatible choice. Sony RM-IP10 IP Remote Controller for BRC Cameras BH #SORMIP10

Yes, you can work with the AIDA Imaging VISCA Serial & IP PTZ Camera Controller and control cameras via RS-232 connections as well as Visca over IP simultaneously.
