Wont Lock in

Decent, easy to put together mount Unfortunately it won't lock into the 90 degree positions it is supposed to. As a result it hangs crooked and I had to add a nail to keep it from tilting. The instructions try to address the issue, but I pulled and pulled and pulled down on the tv and it wouldn't lock in. Also if your instructions address this phenomena then there is obviously an issue with the mount that should be addressed by engineering dept. For the price I am disappointed.

We build interactive touch software that are designed in landscape and portrait orientation. Having a mount that rotates allows us to demo different interactive programs with a simple turn of the screen! This product is super simple to install and has a very narrow profile so it sits super close to the wall. I did not find any documentation on how to lock the screen because the screen we have installed is a little top heavy and wants to rotate on its own. But besides that... honestly this is a perfect solution for our applications!
