Add movement and rhythm to your tracks with the Trance Gate Plug-In Software from Kilohearts. This easy-to-use gate sequencer offers a plethora of possibilites ranging from strobe-lit anthemic trance gating to subtle bits of rhythmic movement for pads and leads. The intuitive interface gives you control over key parameters, so you can customize the results.
Trance Gate runs in your choice of DAW software on the VST, AU, and AAX platforms. The plug-in is also completely compatible with the Kilohearts Snapin ecosystem including Snap Heap, Multipass, and Phase Plant software.

- Pattern Select: Switches between the eight different pattern slots.
- Pattern Editor: Edits the current pattern. Click to toggle steps on or off, click and drag to tie steps together.
- Length Display: Edits the length of the current pattern.
- Attack, Decay, Sustain and Release knobs: These knobs control the ADSR envelope, which is applied to your sound using the specified pattern.
- Resolution: Controls the length of one step in the sequencer.
- Mix: The wet/dry mix of this effect. A lower value lets some of the unmodified signal come through.
- Settings Panel: Whenever you have your mouse cursor over a Snapin plug-in there is a small arrow at the top right corner. It opens a settings panel where you handle presets.
- Randomize: Instantly randomize the settings to jolt your creativity.
- Bypass: Quickly disable the effect—especially useful to A/B the sound and decide if you're helping or hurting your mix.
- Resize Handle: The bottom right corner of all Kilohearts plug-ins is a Resize handle for scaling the UI to any size. This allows you to get a good view of the controls whatever the screen resolution, and it also comes in handy if you need big controls, convenient when using Trance Gate as a realtime effect on a touchscreen monitor during a live set. Note: This is not available when the Snapin plug-in is used inside a Snapin host.

- Trance Gate can be used as a traditional plug-in but it is also compatible with the Kilohearts Snapin series, including the Snap Heap, Multipass, and Phase Plant hosts.
