Works well with iPad

I bought this monitor to use with a 10th generation iPad. It works quite well: simply use the USB-C cable that comes with the monitor. You can’t use just any USB-C cable; it has to be one that supports video output, and the one that comes with this monitor does. It also charges the iPad at the same time. I haven’t tried using the monitor as a USB hub yet, so I’m not sure how well that’ll work with the iPad (or if it’ll work at all). My only complaints are that I can’t get the monitor to match the color balance of the iPad’s built-in screen, and that the monitor’s built-in speakers are terrible. I don’t understand how the tiny, almost microscopic speakers in my iPhone can sound so much better than the comparatively huge speakers in this monitor, but it’s true. It’s not a dealbreaker but it’s kind of bizarre. Overall very happy with it. The picture quality is as expected, it’s bright enough (I’m using it in a room with a huge amount of natural sunlight), and I appreciate the anti-reflective surface. The stand is very sturdy, and also very easy to adjust. FYI: B&H ships this product in its original retail packaging, so keep that in mind if you live somewhere prone to package theft; thieves will know exactly what’s inside. Luckily I was able to grab it before the porch pirates did.

Stunning Accuracy of Colors

The colors of the monitor are stunning and so accurate. It's amazing that there can be so many variations of black and shadow you can see with it. You can see the tiny variations in black suits and in low low light level scenes. If you love movies and color, this is the monitor for you. Even weeks later it's blowing my mind. So good I bought a second a week after getting the first one. Using dual monitor setup with this monitor is just awesome. The only way to get better is to go OLED and 2k or 4k but then you are dealing with burn in and scaling issues and most people aren't wanting to deal with those things. Also, look at that price. What a great price. So glad I found this monitor as even a possible thing I could buy as a consumer.

I print photos to matte paper on an Epson P5000 via lightroom. I can calibrate a monitor. Will monitor yield accurate color?

The ASUS ProArt Display PA247CV 23.8" 16:9 Adaptive-Sync IPS Monitor, B&H # ASPA247CV, can accurately display 100% of the sRGB color space; if you are working with this color space, it will meet your needs. If you are working with a different color space, such as P3 or Adobe RGB, a different monitor would be more suitable.

The ASUS ProArt PA247CV 23.8" Monitor, B&H # ASPA247CV, has USB-C; you can use the included USB-C cable with the iPad 10th generation. An adapter is not necessary.
