Turn your tablet into a laptop
A great way to make a laptop from your Surface tablet. Great comfort and grip easily attaches and detaches magnetically. Great typing feel and pad sensitivity. Protects the screen when stowed. A worthwhile and necessary accessory. B&H gets it to you quickly, well packed, and value priced. You won't be sorry.
Functions as advertised
The keyboard/cover does what it is supposed to do. The keyboard and touchpad work. The pen holder keeps the pen secure and charges it. Detaching the keyboard requires a firm pull (strong magnets). This includes adjusting from the pen hidden mode to the pen exposed mode.
Flimsy. Unreliable
Purchased 3 months ago and little used. Snaps unto the Surface Pro 8 easily and makes for a neat good looking package while offering decent protection to the computer screen. In use however is very disappointing. Keys and mousepad are flimsy and the keyboard itself bends if not placed on a flat solid surface when using - not easily used in the lap. The entire impression is of a cheaply made product. It has now stopped working, after 3 months of little use. My Surface Pro 2 with aftermarket keyboard is still going strong so this keyboard is proving to be an expensive downgrade.

Works great with the Pro 8 I also ordered. Almost seems to protect better than the Pro 7 one that I had previously..and that one was and still is great.
Feels nice on the fingers.
The typing feel is proper and it works. Long term the little plastic edge that connects to the Surface device will come apart and break.
Worth the price
I got this got my Surface Pro 8 and I debated of the cost vs. utility. Well I'm glad that I bought it it makes the Surface into a very passible laptop.
