DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone with DJI RC Remote

Fly longer and safer with the ultra-portable Mini 3 Pro Drone with DJI RC Remote from DJI. One of the biggest improvements over the Mini 2 is the inclusion of a tri-directional obstacle avoidance system, which can avoid accidents by automatically detecting and avoiding obstacles in its flight path. The Mini 3 Pro also provides an upgrade in visual quality, adding the ability of 60 fps filming at 4K, slow motion 120 fps at 1080p, and extremely hi-res 48MP raw stills. Even the flight time has been improved up to 34 minutes, or even longer with an optional Plus battery. Add in a foldable design and a host of tracking and imaging modes, and you have a drone that travels easily and can accommodate both impromptu personal or professional aerial imaging.

DJI RC Remote Included
Included with this Mini 3 Pro model is the DJI RC remote controller. With a large 5.5" built-in display, you can leave your phone in your pocket. Even on sunny days, the high 700 cd/m² brightness of the display helps make incoming drone footage easier to view. Speaking of which, the display supports footage up to Full HD 1080p resolution. While there is no built-in storage, you can add an optional microSD card to pull images and videos from the drone to share online quickly. Rounding out your piloting experience, extra features and capabilities can be enjoyed with the incorporation of the DJI Fly app.
Obstacle Avoidance
Staying safer in the sky is now easier with the Mini 3 Pro, thanks to a tri-directional obstacle avoidance sensor system and the usage of APAS 4.0 (Advanced Pilot Assistance Systems) technology. The forward, backward, and downward dual-vision sensors work with APAS 4.0 to automatically detect and avoid obstacles in the drone's flight path.
Professional Aerial Imaging
The integrated camera of the Mini 3 Pro features a 1/1.3" sensor with HDR support, dual native ISO, an f/1.7 aperture, and large 2.4μm pixels. The aperture and pixel size allow a considerable amount of light to enter the sensor, which reduces noise to elevate image and video quality in low-light situations, in addition to delivering stunning results in optimal lighting conditions. The optics are capable of recording video at up to a brilliant and smooth 4K60 and large, detailed raw stills at up to 48MP. With an eye toward professional content creation, the camera can also shoot in slow motion at 120 fps at Full HD 1080p resolution and offers the D-Cinelike Color mode, which supplies you with more color information that can help make post-flight editing more flexible.
True Vertical Shooting
The camera is housed within a gimbal that has its own features that lend to more dynamic footage. The gimbal's wide rotation range supports low-angle shooting, but can also rotate for true vertical shooting. This social media-friendly feature allows the gimbal to rotate 90° to switch between landscape and portrait orientations.
Increased Flight Time
With an upgrade to the included Intelligent Flight Battery's capacity, combined with larger propellers and an aerodynamic body tilt, the Mini 3 Pro is able to fly for up to 34 minutes. With the release of the optional Intelligent Flight Battery Plus, pilots who opt to equip the Mini 3 Pro with this battery can greatly exceed that duration with an up to 47 minute flight time.
Creative Modes and Tracking
A host of integrated features allow pilots of almost any skill level to pull off professional quality results with little effort.

  • FocusTrack: This system includes ActiveTrack 4.0, Spotlight 2.0, and Point of Interest 3.0 for wide-ranging subject tracking
  • MasterShots: Select your subject and the Mini 3 Pro will automatically perform pro-style maneuvers for cinematic results
  • Time-Lapse: Create dramatic timelapse or hyperlapse videos. Ideal shooting modes for filming moving traffic or rolling clouds
  • Panorama: Capture stunning vistas in one of four available panorama modes: 180°, wide angle, vertical, and sphere

DJI Two-Way Charging Hub for Mini 3 Pro Batteries

Recharge multiple flight batteries and your mobile devices with the Two-Way Charging Hub for Mini 3 Pro Batteries from DJI. This hub gives you the ability to insert and intelligently recharge up to three flight batteries at once, supporting the Intelligent Flight Battery and Intelligent Flight Battery Plus. A built-in USB Type-A port also lets you recharge a mobile device, such as a remote, smartphone, or tablet. Please note that the hub does not include cables or a charger, and a USB PD-compatible charger is required.

Intelligent Battery Charging
The charging hub has slots for up to three flight batteries and will intelligently recharge the battery that has the most power first. That way, you can have a full battery for your Mini 3 Pro ready to go ASAP.
Battery or Power Bank
When the hub has flight batteries inserted and is not plugged into the wall, you can utilize the batteries to recharge your mobile device like a series of power banks. When using the hub like this, it intelligently discharges the battery with the least power first. That way, you're not sacrificing a fuller battery that can best be used in your Mini 3 Pro.
Prioritized Charging
When you have a mobile device connected to the charging hub, and the hub is plugged into the wall, it will only charge the batteries or device. You can change what product type the hub prioritizes with the press of the function button. If the phone goes first, the batteries will start recharging when the phone is full or has been on the charger continuously for four hours.
Status LEDs
LEDs built into the side of the two-way charging hub will inform you of the battery levels during charging or discharging, the charging speed, and the charging status of each of the three flight batteries.

Lost control not my fault at close range

During flight I lost all control and the drone did not respond to my command to pull back and ended up in a tree as a result! Distance within 100 feet so no way interference caused this. Calling DJI to see what they are going to do about this issue! I have noticed some DJI drones are known for this issue and it is very dangerous. What if it hit a person instead of that tree?

Great fun but died unexpectedly

Super fun drone to play and get easy shots. Used it mostly for social media where the vertical camera came in handy. Only 3 stars because mine died due to motherboard failure, according to the DJI tech. The warranty process was a huge hassle as I live abroad and the repair costs as much as the drone. So after only 12 months, I was out of a drone. All that said, will probably get a new one.

Loving this little drone. It's been chased by bees, seen a shipwreck at the beach. Been chased by birds and still kicking around with me. Watch the sides, poor little thing is blind from the sides so it'll run into stuff. The plastic is brittle, so it can't take a hit like the Mavic or Air line. Need to watch it a little more closely.

This was my second Dji drone. My first was a Spark four years ago. What an incredible improvement the Mini 3 Pro is. The drone works exactly as advertised. Easy to fly. The controls are intuitive and if so inclined can be easily customized. After having for two days, I purchased two additional batteries for additional flying time. The camera takes amazing stills. Video is great and the digital zoom is a nice feature. In addition, downloading video and images to phone is very quick and easy. The drone has many advanced features and capabilities that allow you to improve your flying skills for quite some time.

Does this have "Radar" to enable tracking the flight on the remote, and does it have a "Return to Home" button?

Yes, the DJI Mini 3 Pro will provide a RADAR for keeping track of the position of the drone relative to the home point and the remote controller. Return-to-Home is available as well. Please note, Return-to-Home must be set to your highest point of surrounding obstacles in current flying location.
