This Viltrox Pro Lens Adapter lets you mount Canon glass to a Leica/Panasonic/Sigma L-mount mirrorless camera body and retain full automatic functionality. The adapter enables auto exposure functionality as well as the ability to control the aperture and shutter speed from the camera body. Image stabilization is also supported and will work in tandem with most in-body stabilization systems. Additionally, all Canon lenses will be able to communicate Exif data through the adapter to the camera.

Does this adapter work pefectly on a lumix bs1h with the canon cn_e 18-80 lens ? Is this adapter help the lens to cover the lumix bs1h sensor perfectly in s35 format ? I tried the sigma mc21 and it does'nt covered the sensor perfectly , a minor black flare appeared on the corner of the frame in s35 format
The Viltrox Canon EF/EF-S Lens to Leica L-Mount Camera Pro Lens Adapter could adapt the CN-E lenses and it does support APS-C ( Super35). The CN-E models are true S35 lenses and would cover the sensor properly in S35 mode.

If I have ef lenses that only cover an s35 sensor, does that mean that when using the adapter, I have to use the camera in s35 mode, or does this also extend then lens to cover the full frame?
The Viltrox Canon EF/EF-S Lens to Leica L-Mount Camera Pro Lens Adapter does not change the lenses' image circle. Full-frame cameras must be set to crop mode when using lenses for a cropped sensor camera.

While EXIF data would be retained in terms of the exposure settings, this Viltrox adapter would not be able to use lens profiles for correction, distortion or aberration in Lightroom.
