Worth the small cost, actually.

I scanned with Epson 600 for many years, but found this to be way faster and easier. I can even take it on the go. Not as great for 120 film, but still really good.
It's serviceable but flawed

It gets the job done but there are a few ways it could be improved, like making it easier to get the film out of the other side or making slightly curved negatives easier to deal with. But it's an inexpensive option for using a camera on a copy stand to get a RAW file that you can manipulate. IMPORTANT: you will need a good macro lens to use this.

The official website mentions a "127 mask" for 127 film, but no details. Can you describe the gear and process for scanning 127?
127 film is about 2cm smaller in width than 120 film. The 127 Film Mask in the Lomography DigitaLIZA+ Scanning Kit just reduces the width of the film holder to hold the 127mm film flat.
