I Don't Normally Write Reviews But After Purchasing The Harrison Changing Bag (Large) I Felt Compelled To Write. Don't Buy Cheap And Don't Buy Small. Buy This Large Harrison Bag. Truly. Yes, It's Big And Stiff At The Start But I Promise You, You'll Appreciate It In The Long Run - The Materials Will Soften, And The Large Size Offering Extra Room To Move - You'll Love. I'm Located On The West Coast Of Australia And Thought I'd Made A Bad Decision Purchasing Due To Price And Freight Costs. How Wrong I Was. Thankfully. I Have No Regrets. Peace

Looks good !

Yes, the Harrison Film Changing Bag (Large)(36x36") listed above should be compatible and large enough for use with the Stearman Press SP-8 x 10 Daylight Processing Tray.

Is this bag large enough to work in conjunction with the Stearman sp8x10 developing tank/tray?
Asked by: Robert
The Stearman sp8x10 is a "daylight" processing tray, so only has to be loaded in the bag, I don't know the exact dimensions of it but I would say not much larger thah a box of 8x10 film, as that's the largest it can handle, and only one sheet at a time, so I only need to have one film holder in the bag as well. Both, bag and tray are on their way to me now,..so I will soon find out!...thanks for the input.

question

How small does the changing bag fold down to? And does support itself open with some type of flex frame or just lay flat?
Asked by: Ric
It folds to about 12 x 10 . Then you roll it into an included bag that is about 13 x 4 . This is a flat bag, it is not the famous Harrison tent. I used flat bags like this for years and they are fine even with large 35mm 1000 magazines. However, if you are on a job that is 16mm or 35mm film and you will be doing hundreds of rolls, get the Harrison tent. You will thank yourself.

question

Is this bag completely light safe? I need to change 4x5 film on location and am considering replacing the tent I just bought with a bag for less weight in travel.
Asked by: Millee
This bag is high quality, made of two layers that are closed in two zips in opposite directions. It is completely sealed and you can be absolutely sure that there will be no penetration of light as long as the zippers are completely closed and the hands are brought in with the sleeve above the elbow. There is no problem using shooting outdoors on location, but to prevent moisture from high humidity would recommend using a dry white gloves when dealing with film 4X5.
