It's everything you want in a C hub. The charging connection works; a good amount C connections without the other stuff I don't need taking up space; the connect cord is long enough so when it hangs off your ipad it doesn't cause extra strain by flopping in the air. Happy.

The first Belkin USB-C Hub that I received didn't work. With the second Hub, I found that for it to work consistently, I had to plug in a USB-C charger. Of course, plugging in a charger uses one of the USB-C ports. Fortunately, 3 ports are adequate most of the time.

Can I record to SSD drive with this hub whole simultaneously using the ATEM Mini output as a webcam?

Unfortunately, splitters will not work with the Atem Mini. We suggest looking at the Atem Extreme models that offer two USB-C ports. One port would be for streaming, and the other could be used for recording to SSD.

The Belkin 4-Port USB-C Hub must connect to the host computer using the built-in USB-C cable/connector. If you wish to use the Belkin 4-Port USB-C Hub with your computer, you would need to also get a USB-C to USB-A adaptor like the EZQuest Superspeed Gen 2 Double Sided USB-C Female to USB Type-A Male Mini Adapter (BH #EZX40067).

Yes, the Belkin 4-Port USB-C Hub can supply 14W to each of it's four USB-C ports simultaneously, which is plenty to power USB-C SSDs.

In the specs it says "Power Source Bus Powered or Optional AC Adapter with USB-C Connector". Is Powered an option?

One of the USB-C ports on the Belkin 4-Port USB-C Hub, B&H # BEAVC018BTBK, supports pass-through power. If you have a laptop that is charged via USB-C, you can use the charger from the laptop, and it will power the hub (up to 15 watts) and pass through power to charge the laptop.
