If you're trying to locate an object with the SmartTrack Link attached to it, simply use the Apple Find My app on compatible devices to trigger the Link's built-in alarm, or to track it down through Apple's worldwide network of devices. You can even use the Link to find your phone with a quick double-tap. If someone finds your SmartTrack Link, then can reach out to you by scanning the QR code printed on the back.
Find Phone in Silent Mode
Even if your phone is in silent mode, a double tap of the paired SmartTrack Link will make the phone ring if it's within Bluetooth range.
QR Code
If someone finds your SmartTrack Link, they will see a QR code printed on the back of it. If they scan it with their phone, they will see contact information for you and can reach out to return your belongings. You completely control the information someone sees via the QR code, and it can include details like your name, email, and phone number.
Left-Behind Alerts
With the eufy Security app installed on your phone, you'll receive free, instant left-behind alerts on your phone if it moves too far away from the SmartTrack Link-equipped object.
