Sirui Nightwalker 35mm T1.2 S35 Cine Reviews

Exactly what I wanted!

This lens was exactly what I wanted. I need manual focus for shooting video, so I don't care to have electrical components in my lens. All I need is the glass and good ergonomics, which this lens boasts. Plus, the very wide aperture means I can take fun, stylish videos at night and indoors. I am really enjoying it. Bonus, it's built very sturdy with metal parts.

Love These Lenses

I already have the 16 and the 55mm versions of this lens I love the way it renders, built like a tank, and the focus and T stop throws are silky smooth. Can't beat it for the price.

how bad is the vignetting when used on a full frame sensor (eg sony a7) specifically with the 35mm focal length?
Asked by: k
The Sirui Night Walker 35mm T1.2 S35 Cine Lens is not meant to be use on a full frame system and doing such will be like filming through a toilet paper roll, the Vignetting will be awful.

Does this not work with the Panasonic Lumix S5iiX?
Asked by: Diego
The Sirui Night Walker 35mm T1.2 S35 Cine Lens (Leica L, Black) can be used with the Panasonic Lumix S5 IIX Mirrorless Camera when the camera is in APS-C mode as the lens does not cover a full frame sensor. Just note that certain photo aspect ratios and resolutions as well as certain video resolutions will not be available when in APS-C mode.
