The MX-0404-HDMI 4K60 HDR 4x4 HDMI Matrix with Audio De-Embedding from WyreStorm is a powerful plug-and-play, 18 Gb/s matrix switcher with a compact, easy-to-install chassis. Use it to independently route four 4K video sources to four displays. It provides the capability to downscale 4K to connected 1080p displays without affecting the UHD 4K sources. Audio can be extracted via the digital 5.1 S/PDIF coaxial ports for distribution to an external audio system.
Automatic Scaling
Each of the four HDMI 2.0 outputs incorporates a 4K to 1080p downscaler, enabling you to use a mix of 4K and 1080p screens at their highest potential without affecting 4K sources.

The MX-0404-HDMI supports up to DCI 4K60 4:4:4 video at rates up to 18 Gb/s via HDMI 2.0 and high frame rate HDR 12-bit 4:2:2 up to UHD 4K60, along with multichannel audio up to DTS:X and Dolby Atmos.
Automatic & Time-Delay CEC
Once the MX-0404-HDMI detects a source, connected screens will power on, and once a source is lost or powered down, it will send a power off command at a custom delayed time. These CEC capabilities prevent embarrassing "no source detected" screens and can also prevent delicate OLED screens from burn in.
Compact Form
This compact yet robust switcher includes both wall brackets and rack ears for mounting in a standard 1 RU space.
