Updated from the M 0.8 series lenses for use with digital cinema cameras, the full-frame Leitz Cine HUGO 18mm T1.5 Cine Lens gives your images the classic analog curving focus roll-off with arthouse-style character, lens flares, rich colors, and natural dimensional perception. The HUGO cine lens housing has been redesigned from the M 0.8 to match other Leitz cine lenses, and they have enhanced close focus and expanded focus rotation. Also, since they are compact and lightweight, they can be used with gimbals, drones, and underwater cameras where heavier lenses become impractical.
The HUGO lenses share similar characteristics, such as a 92mm filter thread, a 95mm front diameter, a 43.3mm full-frame image circle, and 0.8 MOD standard cine focus gear rings, making the lenses easily interchangeable in the field. The 18mm lens has an extremely close focus of 8.7", a maximum aperture of T1.5, and features lens markings in feet. HUGO lenses can be used with LPL mount cameras and professional cine cameras such as RED, ARRI, and Sony VENICE with appropriate adapters.

- NOTE: Many 3rd party LPL-mount adapters are not compatible with HUGO lenses. Use caution when mounting the HUGO lenses on an untested system or with untested mounts, as it can damage the lens or camera.
