The difference between the RGB mode and the bi-color mode of the Godox LC500R Mini RGB LED Light Stick (White, 18") is that the former consists of red, green, and blue LEDs that can be mixed together to create other colors, while the latter uses a different set of LEDs on the light stick to give you colors expressed only in "color temperature" or "Kelvin". Bi-color mode ranges from a warm color known as "tungsten" or "3200 Kelvin" and is adjustable to the white light range known as "daylight" or "5600 Kelvin".
