MSI MPG 271QRX QD-OLED Overview

Gaming enthusiasts can experience a deep and immersive experience with the MPG 271QRX QD-OLED 27" 1440p 360 Hz Gaming Monitor from MSI. Sporting a high-quality OLED panel, the MPG boats a clear and smooth picture suitable for both solo and competitive games.

Equipped with a 27" 2560 x 1440 resolution display with 360 Hz refresh rate, the MPG produces a clear and smooth picture backed by 0.03 ms Gray-to-Gray (GtG) response time. Integrated adaptive sync technology accommodates your graphics card to prevent image tearing and stuttering. Enhanced colorization is provided by the 1.07 billion colors with HDR 400 and 1000 nits brightness. With one DisplayPort and two HDMI ports, you can connect a wide range of devices from your standard desktop system to your favorite gaming consoles thanks to MSI's Console Mode. An additional USB-C input supports notebooks equipped with DP-Alt Mode, and with the USB 2.0 KVM feature, you can use your keyboard and mouse to support your laptop.

OLED Panel
Sporting a large OLED panel, the MPG provides you with fine details that pop with color. You get wide, 178° viewing angles and an anti-reflective surface coating to prevent glare. VESA Certified DisplayHDR True Black 400 produces a higher brightness range while retaining darker regions. VESA ClearMR 13000 certification indicates a high-quality motion score, ensuring a smooth visual experience.
Passive Heat Control
With a graphene film and custom designed passive heatsink results in highly efficient thermal conductivity, eliminating the need for active fan cooling.
MSI OLED Care 2.0
Significantly reducing the chances of OLED screen burn-in, MSI's OLED Care 2.0 uses pixel shift, panel protection, and static screen detection to prevent screen wear for long-lasting performance.

Future-proofing myself for 2K gaming

With the writing on the wall for the GPU market and 4K gaming, I got this monitor for the high refresh rate and picture quality for 2K gaming. Most likely won't be upgrading for a good while as this monitor is top-quality. Colors look amazing compared to my previous HP monitor.

Unreal monitor displaying true colors I never knew existed. I use this casually for gaming and work and have experienced no issues with the screen being on for 5 hours a day.
