The XLCS Designs Hollow Point Cage for the PYXIS 6K has been a fantastic addition to my filmmaker’s kit. Its sleek and functional design provides excellent protection while adding an incredible number of mounting points, which is one of the coolest features. It makes the camera far more riggable than any other cage I’ve used, letting me set up monitors, wireless systems, or other accessories exactly where I need them. The tool-free adjustments and full access to camera controls are also a big plus, making it easy to adapt during shoots. This cage has completely elevated how I work with my Blackmagic PYXIS 6K, and I couldn’t recommend it more.
