Rock solid. Using with the Thypoch Simera-C lenses. My gaffer recommended I get a positive lock adapter to avoid lens wiggle when pulling focus. This thing is REALLY tight, both against the camera body and with the lens. It's a little tricky to align the lens at first, but once it's in it's great.

According to Thypoch, their Positive Lock Adapter is not compatible with Cooke SP-3 M-Mount lenses.
