ILIO Sample CD: Interactive String Section - Deluxe Version

The Interactive String Section from Sonic Reality and distributed by Ilio contains audio samples of solo as well as ensemble strings delivered in Akai Universal format for a wide range of sampler compatibility. The violin, viola, cello and double bass samples were recorded with very little ambience, allowing the user to use their own processing dependent on needs and taste.

The performance oriented articulations include separate or integrated arco attacks, interactive timbre control and several types of alternate double bowing techniques to enhance the realism of the parts. Additionally, the solo and duo strings can be combined to form trios, quartets, or quintets, while layering these elements with the full string sections provides even more texture and nuance.

The Deluxe version delivers additional sections, articulations and effects variations and more detailed programming. The included sounds can be used in all samplers supporting the Akai and Emulator 4 formats
