I added this to a network rack I built recently. It works as expected. There are two minor items to be aware of. First it comes with a wall wart and the goosenecks are tricky to get out of their mounts. Other than that, this serves the purpose of illuminating my network gear when I need to make adjustments.

Some of the best things around. They are bright and of course last forever. Only complaint is that the goosenecks are a bit short. The price is of course high but being in this industry automatically means there's a premium.

This unit is only 120v compatible. You could use a step down transformer with it, such as B&H # SEST100UD.
