I used it on a shoulder support device for my Canon camera. The mounting plate fit nicely and allowd me to add the battery and ofset the camera weight.

I'm using this kind of plate by Switronix for more than 6 years. This is my the most useful power accessory. I use to use it on my shoulder rig with Panasonic AG-DVX100A along with Switronix PowerTap Male to Female to 7.2V Panasonic adapter. So using a standard V-Mount Sony battery I powered the camcorder and on camera light! But the battery itself serves in the same time like a counterweight. When I sold my Panasonic I still use this plate with my new Sony HXR-NX5U NXCAM camcorder.

Will this screw on to the back of #LELTMPLW? It says it has standard V Mount battery threads, but I just want to make sure.
V Mount and Gold mount battery plates have the same mounting pattern so yes, LELTMPLW will accept this plate.
