It supports a maximum load capacity of 13 pounds, including your camera, camera mounted accessories, and your handheld stabilizer. It is compatible with the VariZoom FlowPod and UltraLite, as well as the Glidecam 1000 - 4000 series and Steadicam JR handheld camera stabilizers.
