Great for PZM mikes on stage for Dance Recitals, it powers the PZM mic which works well on Recitals especially for the taps.

Does just what it is supposed to do. Case is rugged metal. The battery sort of snaps in which makes it easy to change; it's an odd design, not sure what my opinion is about it yet but seems to work okay. I'm using this with a portable video camera set up and remote mic. Belt clip makes it easier to carry/wear if you are powering a hand-held or lavalier but frankly I wouldn't want to be wearing this thing if it could be avoided. Oh yeah, don't forget to remove (or reverse) the battery or it will be dead next time you go to use it. Not a bad design because it eliminates the need for a switch which could get intermittent or break. You just need to remember to shut it off when you're done.
