The black Electro-Voice ZX1i-90 is an 8" 2-way 200W weather-resistant passive loudspeaker offering high-performance, full-range sound reinforcement for indoor and outdoor installed applications in arenas, stages, and patios. The ZX1i-90's 8" woofer and titanium high-frequency compression driver yield a 60 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response and boast a 200W continuous power handling rating (800W peak). The high-frequency driver is mounted in a rotatable 90 x 50° horn for long-throw and cluster applications.
The input to the loudspeaker—provided by a removable 4-pin Euroblock connector—is fed to an internal crossover that properly distributes frequencies to the drivers. The lightweight ABS resin cabinet is outfitted with a heavy-duty QuickSAM mounting system, which enables fast and secure installation. With its molded enclosure design, two-layer grille, and IEC 529 and MIL-SPEC-810 ratings, the ZX1i-90 loudspeaker is built to withstand the stress of outdoor use
