I used this display mount to install a 70 Sharp. The 70 display makes the processes of moving the display a bit difficult. However the solid design of the metal stud brackets provides confidence when pulling or pushing. The wall was standard commercial construction with metal 2 x 4 studs and 5/8 drywall on both sides. No signs of the wall flexing or when moving the display. Hilti Snap Togglers included was a welcome surprise.

The single swing arm mount gets the job done and Chief's quality and standards are spot on with this. If you are going to be moving a heavy flat panel around often, I might lean towards the dual arm, but the single arm is a winner for the price.
