Very solid piece of equipment. I added an extra row of screens for my computer setup. This taller pole solved the situation. Very easy to install.

I have the KTP-325b which is the dual pole, triple monitor stand for wide screen monitors. It comes with a pair of 14 poles to support the monitor array. While I love the KTP-325b overall, I found that it is just too short - I am fortunate enough to have an adjustable, bi-level desk so I was able to elevate the section holding the stand but the low height of the monitor array made the desk surface impractical to use. I ordered a pair of these 28 poles and while it was a minor hassle to install, the net result is that I lowered the rear section of the desk and I now have a good 12 of useable space between the screens and the desk - enough room that I might try running these in portrait mode. Currently, the poles rise about 4 above the top of the monitors, but visually it does not look bad. I was thinking about how I might mount some little speakers on top of the poles. Each pole came with a dust cap and a pair of the cable shrouds - there is actually room to use the two new shrouds as well as the original shroud from the 14 poles if I wanted to. I have 3 Asus 25 monitors on the stand and use the screens for work as well as to play games using Nvidia Surround (3 screens in Battlefield 3 is amazing!)
