Platine Fibre Rag 310 Archival Inkjet Paper (24" x 50' Roll) is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from this is some good stuff prints and handles well I have experienced no curling upon drying-that is amazing to me. The surface is very nice- very simular to gelatine silver fiber prints that have been air dried. I recommend custom profiles but I have heard that the canned ones produce good prints as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long time user and it's still gorgeous I've been using this beautiful paper with my Epson 7900 for about six years and it still produces b&w prints that are equal to what I used to get after hours or days in the darkroom with Brovira and Ilford Gallerie. I miss the sights, sounds and smells of the darkroom, and all the tricks of trade for getting spectacular prints, but this paper lets digital imaging demonstrate that it's equal to, and often better than, the best wet process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Canson Platine I just love the paper. Everything is just gorgeous about it. Every time I can see a b&w coming out of my printer I have that shivering on my back. I do exhibition/gallery style prints and it's been now my favorite fine art paper for that purpose. There is a nice feel to it and when you hold it up against the light you can see that gentle semi pearl almost invisible surface. It holds the color superbly and the ICC profiles for my Epson 3880 and HP Z3100 are just right. No need for adjustments. Would recommend not just to a friend but to everybody.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too contrasted and not as good as CANSON RAG Photographique I could compare this paper with the one I thought I was ordering which was CANSON RAG PHOTOGRAPHIQUE 3.10 mgr because I had a series of images to complete and by mistake I use the Platine Fibre Rag rather than the Rag Photographique... Furthermore Platine fiber Rag is more glossy and although it can work well with some images I personally prefer a more matte paper like RAG PHOTOGRAPHIQUE. The lack of mid tones, specifically when you print black and white images is an issue with Platine Fibre rag....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Black Canon ink smears Very beautiful satin paper, BUT IT SMEARS with the black pigmented Canon ink. It works rather well with all the other colors, but NOT with the black Canon ink. The right paper profiles, ICC, and original Canon pigmented inks were used. It has made my hands all black while carefully handling the paper, and customers have emailed me about it too, unhappy. It's not a matter of letting the ink dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Canson Platine I love this paper. Next to Canson Infinity Baryta, it is my favourite paper for large gamut colour or black & white work with an excellent permanence rating. It is a beautiful cotton ragwith a very large colour gamut, a bright white point without OBAs, beautiful subtle texture and sheen and depending on the inks, provides a deep, rich black and crisp image sharpness. What's not to love?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy weight luster paper Finish seems somewhat similar to Epson Luster but not as smooth but with a much heavier weight. Good dynamic range and color.
