Does NOT fit any baseplate in my shop

I got this to fit either/or both my Arri and off brand base plates - it did not fit any of 4 baseplate brands. Next, I ended up having an out of town family emergency and could not return it on time for a refund. Now stuck with a $50 piece of metal garbage.

Does not clamp firmly

Nice concept and plenty of mounting options. But it does not clamp firmly to a camera plate when mounted on a camera.

Will this fit into the Arri Digi-Cine baseplate that has a wedge adapter mount?

Yes the Arri Digi-Cine Baseplate is a VCT style mount. it is compatible with this accessory.

Yes this is compatible with the PMW-500 as long as you are using Sony's VCT-U14 quick release plate.
