Great product so far, it holds my new LED's no problem, I would rather have a hard case but am happy that a soft case fits most of my needs. There is also room for cables, clamps, frames, and perhaps even barn doors.

What are the correct interior and exterior dimensions?

The interior dimensions of the Gator PAR Can Light Case are 9" x 9" x 15.5". And the exterior dimensions are 21" x 19" x 16".

Are the Velcro dividers inside the case removable and easily manipulated? Let's say I wanted to have only 2 compartments, would I able to arrange them to create a 2 small and one bigger space?

Yes, the dividers are easily manipulated so you would be able to arrange them to format the interior in multiple variations.
