Ocean Matrix OMX-07HMHM Overview

Distribute up to four UHD 4K HDMI sources to four HDMI displays using the UHD 4K HDR 4x4 HDMI Matrix Switcher from Ocean Matrix. This switcher supports up to UHD 4K60 resolution video and offers built-in downscaling for connecting to 1080p displays. This HDMI 2.0 unit supports flexible switching options, HDCP 2.2, EDID management, and both digital and analog audio extraction. Control the switcher using the front-panel buttons, the included IR remote, RS-232 input, TCP/IP, or a web GUI.

If a computer is connected to an input and no output is active: Will the computer still detect that it's connected to a monitor?

can one HDMI source be outputted to four HDMI displays so all four monitors show the same display/video?

Yes, the Ocean Matrix UHD 4K HDR 4x4 HDMI Matrix Switcher with Downscaling is able to output one HDMI source to 4 screens and show the same display on all four screens.

I assume since its a matrix switcher but confirming you could send 1 source to 2 displays + other source or 2 to other outputs?

The Ocean Matrix UHD 4K HDR 4x4 HDMI Matrix Switcher with Downscaling (B&H# OCX07HMHM1) allows for sending one HDMI input to two HDMI outputs while simultaneously routing a different HDMI input to another two HDMI outputs.
