High maintenance, Very disappointing

These batteries are great... until they're not. They are extremely high maintenance. Heaven forbid you do a variety of different kinds of work and only use them sometimes. I bought 4 of them in the summer of 2024, and roughly 18 months later I'm down to 2 of them. I cannot get the others to "restart". I've genuinely tried to follow the maintenance instructions but it doesn't seem to matter.
Battery life is VERY short

Apparently there was a batch of this product very defective, as the reviews shows here. I wanna know if the problem persist? and if the batterie have any kind of warranty
People who don't know what they are doing have berated this battery. I have two of them, and they served me for 4 years now without a problem. I use them constantly in my AD600 pro during the wedding season. And when I did not use them for a couple of months, I charged them every 2 weeks. No problem
