The M1400CT 14" 16:9 FreeSync HDR Portable Multi-Touch IPS Monitor from ANDYCINE may be used with mobile devices, including laptops, gaming systems, smartphones, and more. It features a 14" IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel with a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 that supports 10-point multi-touch. This display has also been built with a contrast ratio of 1500:1, 400 cd/m2 brightness, viewing angles of 170°, and coverage for 98% of the sRGB color gamut. Visuals are further enhanced by HDR, for a wider array of color, and AMD FreeSync, which helps reduce image tearing and lag. In terms of connectivity, the M1400CT has one mini HDMI port and two 10 Gb/s USB Type-C ports, which also support power and DisplayPort. To round out your multimedia experience, take advantage of the 3.5mm output or dual 1W speakers.

It features a 14" IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel with a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 that supports 10-point multi-touch. This display has also been built with a contrast ratio of 1500:1, 400 cd/m2 brightness, viewing angles of 170°, and coverage for 98% of the sRGB color gamut. Purchased this for HAVN HS420 case and it's perfect. Hi fidelity, is vesa compatible and easy to connect. Thicker than most monitors (note) but feels quality.

does it flip the image horizontaly to use in teleprompters?

The Wimaxit M1400CT 14" 16:9 FreeSync HDR Portable Multi-Touch IPS Monitor (B&H # WIM1400CT) does not flip the image horizontally; you can use it with a teleprompter, but the image would need to be flipped by your teleprompter software.

The Wimaxit M1400CT 14" 16:9 FreeSync HDR Portable Multi-Touch IPS Monitor uses generic touchscreen drivers, so the touch function should work with the Raspberry Pi 4. However, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
