Avenger Baby Stand 35 Aluminum Reviews
Added functionality to Avenger's already solid lightstands
Most of my work is done on-location and so I use Avenger 12' light stands over C-stands the majority of the time for their light weight and larger footprint. The leveling leg of the Alu Stand is a great addition when working on slopes and even stairways. My only complaint is that although very similar in overall size and height, this stand has a slightly smaller footprint than regular Avenger 12' stands. To me that seems counter intuitive since this stand is otherwise beefier and the leveling leg implies you're working on precarious terrain. Otherwise it's another great product from Avenger.
A0035B Baby Alu Stand
I bought this product as an addition to a set of stands we already own/use. These are great stands for light work. I use it to clip reflectors to which we use to block spill from our green screen lights. They're also functional for small to mid sized Arri lights and will support them with an additional soft box or umbrella. They fold up small and are lightweight yet durable. I can't think of any negatives to mention provided you use them as intended. I'd buy these again (already have).
