Plug and play right out of the box. I love that you can tilt, rotate and raise/lower the screen to my liking. It is easy to adjust settings especially the brightness once you take it out of the power save mode.

Love usb-c and adjustability

All other specs being equal, I chose this one bc of how adjustable it was, up and down, but also left to right. It does have speakers which most don’t, and good enough for system alerts, a brief video, etc, but the volume is pretty low even in a quiet room. I usually use earbuds or a Bluetooth speaker if I am on a zoom or watching a long form video or listening to music. My favorite feature is the usb-c connection which allows me to plug in my MacBook Air and leave it closed while in use, and it keeps it charged in case I need to grab and go. When I bought it, I thought usb-c cord was just the output from the computer to the monitor, and didn’t realize it also charged the computer through the monitor, eliminating the need to plug in the MacBook with a separate charging cable. And of course the visual specs of the monitor are great!

I print photos to matte paper on an Epson P5000 via lightroom. I can calibrate a monitor. Will monitor yield accurate color?
Asked by: Don
The ASUS ProArt Display PA247CV 23.8" 16:9 Adaptive-Sync IPS Monitor, B&H # ASPA247CV, can accurately display 100% of the sRGB color space; if you are working with this color space, it will meet your needs. If you are working with a different color space, such as P3 or Adobe RGB, a different monitor would be more suitable.
