Works great with a c-stand and bounce board.

I bought the Impact clamp because I was in a pinch but sent it right back. The Vice Grip portion of the clamp is unwieldy being strangely shaped, overly heavy and huge. Do yourself a favor, stick to Matthews or another reputable brand; this isn't worth the trouble.
