So far, this camera has been fantastic in terms of the image quality, amount of optical zoom, and automated tracking features. The two downsides for me are: 1) The manual is translated from Chinese, and there are some sections that aren't easy to decipher; 2) The manual talks about the audio output specs but fails to mention that the camera has no built-in microphone; 3) Some people's setups will require linking to the camera with an ethernet cable because it doesn't have wi-fi capability—this could be an annoyance if you don't already have the right cables running to the spot where you want to place the camera.
