Ubiquiti Device Bridge Pro Overview

With an up to 3.1-mile range, the Device Bridge Pro makes it easy to wirelessly link your compatible Ubiquiti UniFi camera installation to your network.

Supporting Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) standards, the Device Bridge Pro can transfer up to 867 Mb/s over the 5 GHz band with compatible devices. The IPX6 rated casing allows you to mount the device outdoors on a pole using the included mounting kit. A wall mountable PoE+ adapter is included, and may be connected to the Gigabit speed PoE+ in port. The Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ out port may be used to connect to a compatible camera.

Will this pair with any AC wireless access point ...

Will this pair with any AC wireless access point or does the other end need to be a Ubiquiti device as well?

You need two of these to make a point to point wireless bridge but you can use any access point on the other side to redistribute the wireless. Devices can't connect to these, they are only for the point-to-point connection taking the place of a wired trunk.
